Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation & Modification

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. Once production has begun or the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Order Modification: You may modify the quantity, color, or size within 48 hours of payment. After 48 hours, the order enters production and cannot be changed.

2. Custom Product Information

  • All curtains and window treatments are custom-made and cannot be resold.
  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-quality issues are not accepted.

3. Return/Exchange/Refund Conditions

  • Only applicable if the product has manufacturing defects, incorrect size, or wrong color (due to FarraHome error).
  • Customers must contact FarraHome within 30 days of receiving the product.

3.1 Non-Returnable Cases

    • Misunderstanding of product images or descriptions
    • Item matches ordered specifications but does not fit properly
    • Curtains heavier than expected
    • Color not as desired
    • Change of mind or no longer needed
    • Size differences within ±1% tolerance (industry standard)
    • Delivery delays
    • Ordering mistakes by the customer
    • Natural variations due to fabric dye lots

3.2 Unauthorized Returns

    • Returns without FarraHome's written approval will not be accepted.

3.3 Return/Exchange Shipping Fees

    • For verified quality issues, FarraHome will cover both return and exchange shipping costs.

4. Return Process

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • FarraHome will inspect the returned item to confirm manufacturing defects, incorrect size, or wrong color.

5. Exchange Process

  • Only applicable if the product has manufacturing defects, incorrect size, or wrong color (due to FarraHome error).
  • Contact support@farrahome.com with in 3 days of receiving the product, provide photos, and retain the original packaging.
  • Replacement items must exactly match the original order specifications.

6. Refunds

  • Only applicable if the product has manufacturing defects, incorrect size, or wrong color. If exchange is not preferred, a refund can be issued.
  • FarraHome will notify you of the refund approval within 10 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

7. Important Notes

  • Measurement Confirmation: Carefully measure and confirm all custom details before placing your order.
  • Color Variations: Monitor settings, lighting, and fabric dye lots may cause color differences, which are not valid reasons for returns.
  • Lost Packages: If a package is lost, FarraHome will coordinate with the carrier to locate and replace the shipment; refunds are not provided.
  • Payment Disputes: Initiating chargebacks may delay resolution and hold your funds; please contact customer service first.
