You may adjust the quantity, color, or size of your order within 24 hours of payment. After this time, your order will enter production and changes cannot be made. Confirming your choices early helps us deliver the product you truly want.
2. Custom Product Information
All curtains and window treatments from FarraHome are custom-made for you and cannot be resold.
For non-quality related reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, including:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Misunderstanding of product images or descriptions
- Product fits the order specifications but does not suit the space
- Size differences within ±1% (industry standard)
- Color differences caused by lighting, monitor settings, or fabric dye lots
We encourage careful measurement and review of colors before placing your order to ensure you select the most suitable product.
3. Return/Exchange/Refund Conditions
3.1 Eligible Cases
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are available only if the product has:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect size
- Wrong color (caused by FarraHome)
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
3.2 Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Cases
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Misunderstanding of product images or descriptions
- Product matches the order specifications but does not fit the intended space
- Curtains heavier than expected
- Color not as desired
- Change of mind or no longer needed
- Size differences within ±1% tolerance (industry standard)
- Delivery delays
- Customer ordering mistakes
3.3 Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without FarraHome’s written approval will not be accepted.
3.4 Return/Exchange Shipping Fees
For verified quality issues, FarraHome covers all return and exchange shipping costs, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
4. Return Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days, returning the funds to your original payment method.
5. Exchange Process
Exchanges are only available for items with manufacturing defects, incorrect size, or wrong color (caused by FarraHome). Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

Step 4: Ship the Item
Send the item back according to the instructions provided. FarraHome will cover the shipping costs for the replacement. -
Step 5: Replacement Delivery
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send the replacement item promptly. The new item will exactly match your original order specifications so you can enjoy it with confidence.
6. Refunds
Refunds follow the same eligibility conditions as returns or exchanges.

FarraHome will notify you once the refund has been successfully processed. Typically, the refund is completed within 3–7 business days after approval.

- Measurement Confirmation: Please carefully measure and confirm all custom details before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
- Color Variations: Differences caused by lighting, monitor settings, or fabric dye lots are normal and are not valid reasons for return.
- Lost Packages: If a package is lost, FarraHome will assist in coordinating with the carrier to locate or replace it. Refunds are not provided for lost shipments.
- Payment Disputes: Filing chargebacks may delay resolution and hold your funds. Please contact our customer service first, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
