We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time includes both order processing and shipping:

  • Order Processing: Typically takes 5–7 business days for production and preparation
  • Shipping: Estimated 7–9 business days after your order has shipped

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via air using trusted carriers such as FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL.
The carrier selected depends on order details and shipping efficiency.

4. Shipping Fees

All orders include free shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can also track your package in real time via the Track Order link on our website.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos showing the damage or describe the loss in detail
  • Report the issue to the carrier:

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Box addresses or military addresses.

8. Address Changes

We cannot accommodate address changes after an order is placed.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

All orders are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.

10. Duties and Taxes

There are no additional duties or VAT charges.
All fees are included in your order price, so you will not have to pay extra upon delivery.
