FarraHome offers worldwide shipping. We’ll do our best to deliver your curtains safely and efficiently, bringing style and comfort straight to your home.
2. Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
You can request an address change within 4 business days after placing your order, as long as your package has not yet been shipped.
Once your order is on its way, we’re unable to change the delivery address, so please double-check your information before completing your purchase.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time includes both order processing and shipping:
- Order Processing: Usually takes 4–6 business days for production, quality checks, and packaging.
- Shipping: Typically takes 6–9 business days after your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, customs processing, or unexpected delays like weather. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

5. Shipping Fees
All FarraHome orders include free worldwide shipping. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no hidden fees or extra charges.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can track your package anytime through the “Track Order” page on our website or directly on the carrier’s website.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of any damage or provide details about the loss.
- Contact the carrier using the phone numbers above.
- Email us at support@farrahome.com with all relevant details and photos.
Our customer support team will promptly assist you and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Thank you for your understanding.
9. Shipping Warehouses
FarraHome has warehouses in Europe, North America, and Asia.
We’ll ship your order from the warehouse closest to you whenever possible to ensure faster delivery.
If the nearest warehouse is temporarily out of stock, we’ll quickly arrange shipment from another warehouse to get your order to you as soon as possible.
10. Duties and Taxes
You won’t need to pay any additional duties, VAT, or hidden fees.
All applicable costs are included in the price you see at checkout, so there’s nothing extra to pay when your package arrives.
